Salary: £16,500-£18,000 per annum

The right candidate will be organised, with good attention to detail, confident on the phone with a friendly and outgoing manner and have previous customer service experience or from a customer service background.

This role is about customer service and you will be taking calls from our customers that need your support and help with their logistic bookings and delivery enquiries.

Our ultimate goal is to deliver exceptional customer service but there are bound to be some challenging conversations in this role, so it is up to you to be resilient and need to multitask with our wider logistics team as well as delivering a fabulous experience and solving problems in a timely manner.

It takes a lot of rapport building and sometimes objection handling to ensure the right outcome for the customer and the business, meaning to be successful in this role you need to be:
